Classic Car and Bike Run and Show 2018

Sunday 8th July 2018  (Fundraising)

Cromer to Great Yarmouth

We are delighted that after the success of the Classic Car and Bike Run and Show last year we are again inviting anyone with a vintage, classic or unusual car or bike to join us.  We have also been told that we will have more room in Great Yarmouth for the show so, if you have a vintage, classic or unusual lorry, bus or caravan we would be delighted to welcome you too.

The 7th Centre 81 Classic Car & Bike Run and Show is heading north again and we are once again starting at Runton Road Car Park on the beautiful cliff top of Cromer. A 60 mile, or thereabouts, idyllic route is currently in the planning stage but I am sure it will take in some of the beautiful coastal villages and beauty spots. What I can assure you of is the finish of the run and show will be on the wonderful Great Yarmouth seafront.

Our much loved ‘Bacon Butty’ stop is going to be in a lovely village hall situated in the wonderful Broads village of Hoveton.  Don’t worry we took in all the feedback from last year and this has ample comfort facilities and parking.  Hot food, including vegetarian options, drinks and homemade cakes, will all be available to their usual high standard.

As with our previous events we will end our run and host the show on Great Yarmouth seafront as one of the main attractions of the Great Yarmouth Wheels Festival.  For the first time in our show history the seafront road will be closed so participants in our event will be able to park along the road as well as in the Marina Gardens, adjacent to the Sealife Centre.

We are hoping to make it another year to remember with a record number of vehicles attending and where all the family can enjoy a spectacular day out in glorious sunshine!!

The Run and Show are open to everyone with a classic or unusual car, bike or other vehicle. We would also like to invite to the run anyone attending the Great Yarmouth Wheels Festival Weekend.

If you are part of another vehicle display/event over weekend 7th/8th July but would like to join us Sunday morning to give your pride and joy a run out, then we would love to see you. Just complete the registration form by ticking run only.
