Team Development Day
12th March 2012
The day comprises of interactive workshops where staff are asked to explore various ways of working with members from the Skills Centre and the Door-to-Door members. Throughout the day staff are required to participate in exploring the impact of disability. Everyday practice is linked to theoretical concepts.
Areas undertaken to date include; Person Centred work, Transactional Analysis, SWOT analysis, Personalisation & individual budgets, Risk Assessments, Evidencing the work we do, Highway code quiz and exploring new ways of working.
